Hi, I'm Tasha. I've been a Certified Massage Therapist since 2010. The primary focus of my practice is providing relaxing, therapeutic massage to help relieve stress and pain, and promote healing in the body.
In my certification training at Monterey Institute of Touch, I studied a variety of massage modalities. Since then, I've developed my own massage therapy technique, the PAR Method (Parasympathetic & Adrenal Recovery Method). I utilize intentionally slow, repetitive strokes applied with moderate pressure to help my clients achieve deep relaxation, stress reduction and healing in the body. Click here for more info.
After five years as a massage therapist at Pure Massage Therapy in Campbell, California, my husband and I relocated to the Roseville area, where I opened Gold Country Massage in 2015. My vision is to share the health benefits of massage therapy with those who seek to improve and maintain their overall health and wellness.
Prior to becoming a massage therapist, I received my B.A. in Fine Arts from UC Davis. I'm a freelance writer for Plum Deluxe, and you can read my articles here. I write the blog for Gold Country Massage, which you can read here, and my new blog, My Adventure into Med, which you can read here. And, my haikus, at Me - You - Haiku.
